How We Help You During a Claim
When you lodge a claim, we are here to guide and assist by:

Providing the insurer’s claim form and advising on its completion

Submitting the claim on your behalf

Claims Procedure
All incidents or losses (excluding workers’ compensation claims) that could result in a claim should be reported to our Claims Manager as soon as possible.
Initial notification can be made by phone or email and should include:

A brief description of the incident

Date and time of occurrence
-
Location of the incident
-
Estimated loss amount
-
Any immediate actions taken to reduce further loss
